This unique master plan transforms a Dubai desert into a beautiful salt water bay consisting of fifty total man-made islands.
Forty six of the islands are residential islands called clusters, while the other four islands provide community commercial amenities, including restaurants, a supermarket, Community Club House, fitness gymnasium , beauty salons, pharmacy and a leisure sport facility. Every residential island contains at least sixteen luxury villas, each with their own water side garden and swimming pool. Grace originally designed this residential product for The Palm Jumeirah, and then, with the swiftly expanding Dubai residential market growth, they became the stimulus for creating the Jumeirah Islands.
